Strawberry Mawa Cake Making Ingredients

1 cup strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar
100 gm butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Mawa
A pinch of cardamom powder

Strawberry Mawa Cake Recipe

To make a Strawberry Mawa Cake, first heat a pan on gas.
When the pan is hot, add chopped strawberries and sugar and cook for a while.
When the strawberry is well cooked, remove it from the gas.
On the other side, add the buttons and powdered sugar in a vessel and mix well with the hand grinder.
When the two ingredients combine well, add flour, baking powder and baking soda to the sieve and mix it well with the buttons and powdered sugar.
Now put the salt and air drain in a pressure cooker and heat the ghee on the gas.
Now add yogurt and milk to the grinded ingredients and mix it well.
When all the ingredients mix well, add the nuts and mix them again.
If all the ingredients are mixed well then add cardamom powder at the end.
Now put butter mixed in the cake meld and put the mixed strawberry solution on top.
Now place the meld in the pressure cooker and let it cook for 45 minutes.
When the cake is cooked, keep it outside for some time to cool down.
When the cake cools down, take it out in a vessel and cut and serve it to everyone.
