Realme launches 5G smartphone: Global smartphone brand Realme aims to cater to the needs of more and more users with the launch of two new Realme 8i Realme 8S phones in the midst of the upcoming festival season. Both the new Realme phones come with a hole-punch display design with triple rear cameras. Realme 8S 5G comes in two storage variants 6GB plus 128GB storage, which costs Rs 17,999 up to Rs 19,999. Realme 8i is priced at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant and Rs.15,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. Realme 8S 5G is powered by the world’s first MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. It offers connectivity features on both the 5G SIM slots to ensure a faster, more reliable connection.

The smartphone with Universe Blue color variant is lightweight. It has a punch-hole selfie sensor on the front along with the camera bump slim bezel at the back. In terms of display, the smartphone has a 6.5-inch display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It has a refresh rate of 90 Hz with a maximum sampling rate of 180 Hz. With 600 nits brightness peak, content is clearly visible on the screen even in bright light.

The smartphone comes with a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 64MP primary sensor and two 2MP sensors for black and white macro photography. There is a 16MP selfie sensor for selfie video calling, which supports AI Beauty Mode, Portrait Mode, etc. The smartphone is powered by the world’s first MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G processor. It offers connectivity features on both the 5G SIM slots to ensure a faster, more reliable connection.

Realme 8S 5G Plus supports dual SIM dual standby SA/NSA dual networking mode, which covers global mainstream network bands. In terms of gaming, this device is a good phone for gaming, as it does not lag behind when it comes to multitasking compared to other phones in this segment.
