Mutton Seekh Kebab Recipe: Kebabs are very tasty in taste. It tastes even better with green chutney and onions. If you think that you cannot make Sekh Kebab at home, then today we will tell you an easy way to make Mutton Seekh Kebab at home.
1 kg boneless chicken
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp gram flour
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasuri fenugreek
2 tsp mustard oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
turmeric salt to taste
To make creamy paste:
1 bowl mint leaves
1 bowl coriander leaves
2 tsp fresh cream
Method of making Mutton Seekh Kebab:
– First wash and clean the chicken thoroughly. Clean the coriander and mint leaves and make a paste by grinding the mixture with cream.
Now mix all the marinating ingredients together in a bowl. (First beat the curd well in a separate bowl)
– Then add salt and mix. After this, add coriander and mint paste to it and grind it once more in the mixer to make a thick paste.
Now take it out in a bowl and wrap the chicken pieces in it properly.
Then cover these marinated chicken pieces for 2-3 hours and keep them aside.
Now dip a wooden sink or skewers in water for 30 minutes.
After this, wrap the chicken in skewers and apply.
– Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
– Seekh kebabs are ready. Serve them by sprinkling chutney, green coriander and chaat masala on top.
