Casserole of green garlic is eaten in Sindhis quite fondly. In winter, green garlic is preferred because its temperature is warm. At the same time, by mixing fenugreek and peas with green garlic, a very tasty dish can be prepared. It is very tasty in food. Rice – 1 cup

Methi finely chopped – 1 cup

Peas – 1/4 cup

Green Garlic – 4-6

Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon

Green chili – 2

Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander Powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Oil – As per need

Salt – as per taste

Water – as required

Method

To make it, you first separate the white part of the green garlic and cut them into small pieces and then cut the remaining green leaves into small pieces.

  • Then put oil in the frying pan on medium heat and fry the chopped garlic part in it till it becomes golden brown.

When the garlic becomes golden, add water to it and cook it until it boils.

After this, add fenugreek, peas, rice, green chillies, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix.
