India Post WB GDS 2021: India Post has started the online registration and application process for the recruitment of 2357 Gramin Dak Sevaks vacancies in West Bengal circle. Application can be made only till 19 August 2021
India Post has started the online registration and application process for the recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) vacancies in West Bengal circle. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website appost.in on or before 19 August.
Through this recruitment drive, a total of 2357 GDS posts are being organized in West Bengal Circle 3 of India Post. These posts include many posts including Branch Post Master (BPM), Assistant Branch Post Master (ABPM) and Dak Sevak. Candidates are advised to download the recruitment notification from the website.
Age Limit- Applicants age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 20th July 2021. Category wise candidates are given upper age relaxation.
Educational Qualification- Candidates should have passed 10th class with Maths, English and Lokar language.
The application process consists of three stages – registration, fee payment and application. All the candidates have to complete these three stages to complete the application process.

Register yourself through the ‘Stage 1 registration section’ on the homepage for Unique Registration ID.
Pay the application fee through the ‘Step-2 Fee Payment’ section.
After this, apply online for the desired post through ‘Step 3 Apply Online’ section.
Fill the form, upload documents and submit post preferences.
Preview once and take a printout for future reference
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Automatically generated merit list as per rules on the basis of online submitted applications. No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification.
