Everyone likes tomato soup in winter. After adding butter, its test is more pleasing. You can also drink it as a soup and add some vegetables or cottage cheese and make it like a vegetable and eat it with bread and rice.

1 tbsp gram flour
2 curry leaves
250 grams moong dal
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 large cardamom
Two stick cinnamon
3 green chillies, sliced
1 tsp ginger, sliced
1 tsp garlic, sliced
1 cup peas
(Cut into small pieces) half gourd
1 carrot, sliced
2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
How to make tomato curry
Mix tomatoes and moong dal together in the cooker. Add salt and green chilies to it. Allow about three whistles. Keep side to cool. After that make a paste. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, curry leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and garlic and fry it. After this add gram flour. Keep in mind, you have to keep the mixture running continuously while adding gram flour.
Stir until the gram flour turns brown and fry well. After this, add peas, potatoes, okra, gourd and carrots. Add tomato and moong paste by adding some water. Let the mixture boil once. After this add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. Let the mixture cook for a while. Serve with hot rice
